PARKING:
Ample parking is available on the lot for 8-10 cars. Street parking is not available. The garage, basement, and several closets will be unavailable to guests during their stay. NO PETS.
NOTE: Please be aware that, for your safety, there are cameras on the property monitoring the main access points of the home.
HOUSE RULES:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft from the house if you smoke. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke or finds cigarette butts on the property after your stay.
2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts prior to your stay. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3. NO COMMERCIAL VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY WITHOUT EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION FROM LUXE LAKE WYLIE STAYS.
4. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
5. Please follow our simple CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.
6. SHOES OFF the rugs so that we may keep the house in top condition, thanks!
